In The Field

The Island company trellis system sits on 35 acres of field space yielding roughly 25 acres of fertigated hops under trellis. Our trellis system features imported German barbed wire that allows us to farm and harvest used the most efficient methods.

Our production is focused on Noble Hop (or Edelhopfen) production with makes up 19 acres of our total production. We also currently farm a 3 acre test field as well as 2 acres of dwarf hops, and over an acre of test hop production.
